Registered Massage Therapist

Job description

We are seeking a Registered Massage Therapist to join our practice. Little Oak Wellness Center is an Integrative Health Clinic bringing together many areas of health in a holistic and accessible model. The clinic is located in beautiful Northwestern Ontario on Lake of the Woods. The area is highly underserviced with lots of potential to quickly build a busy practice.

Integrative Model:

Successful candidate will work as a contractor to the clinic providing fee-for-service private manual therapy services
Plenty of inter-office referrals
Consultation room will be provided on a room rental basis. Billing split or straight rental fee available. Room will include a sink.
Room rental includes reception services, access to Electronic Medical Records, all office supplies and marketing, laundry services, oils and lotions, PPE and sanitization products, as well as, access to clinic common areas (kitchen, boardroom, reception)
Candidate will be responsible for furnishing own room
Responsibilities:

Provide massage therapy services to a wide range of clients
Develop and execute individual, holistic treatment plans
Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress
Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs
Maintain accurate client documentation
Work within a team setting to provide holistic care to clinic clients
Qualifications:

Completion of applicable education and necessary provincial registration
Compassionate and caring demeanour
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong leadership qualities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,500.00-$7,000.00 per month

Kenora, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
