Registered Massage Therapist In Sports performance environment

Testify Performance, a division of RINK Training Centre, is looking for Registered Massage Therapists to work at our Taylor Avenue location in the Taylor Tennis facility.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about personal, professional, and organizational progress. Someone who enjoys the challenge of a growth-focused, fast-paced environment and thrives in a team setting. Key Attributes we are looking for:

·        Massage Therapist in good standing with MTAM

·        Someone who has a passion for massage therapy and its role in sports and general population

·        The ability to work both independently and in a team environment

·        Conducts themselves with professionalism and integrity but has fun doing it

·        The ability to communicate effectively and positively with clients and staff

What We’ll Trust You With:

·        Contribute to the quality of product delivered in the clinic.

·        Provide support and coordination with Off-ice, On-ice, and Teams.

·        Contribute to an internal and external network that drives organizational growth (tradeshows, Sporting events, etc..)

·        Maintaining accurate client records/completing client SOAP notes

·        Participating in the general administration of RMT

·        Responsible to execute assessment and treatment for all clientele.

·        Educating/reviewing patient exercises with client.

·        Complete plan of care intake forms upon assessments

Diagnosis and treatment of sports-related injuries, such as sprains, strains, fractures, and overuse injuries
Physical therapy and rehabilitation services to help individuals recover from injuries and improve their athletic performance
Nutrition counseling and guidance on training and conditioning
Orthopedic care for injuries or conditions affecting the bones and joints
Concussion management, including diagnosis and treatment of concussion and other head injuries
