Yes and yes! The Clarion location on Portage Avenue, right next to Earls at Polo Park, offers bus access from anywhere in the city. Should you choose to bring your own car, monthly covered parking is available for only $35.00 per month. Should you choose to ride your bike, a secure space within the parkade is also available.
